‘Prof.’ – as he is popularly known by family, friends and business associates, holds a BSc. degree from the University of Nigeria; a DIC and MSc. degree from the prestigious Imperial College of Science and Technology, London; and a PHD from the University of Salford, Manchester.
Following his brief academic sojourn in the United Kingdom, he returned to Nigeria and spent the first twenty-five years of his working life as a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, where he rose to the rank of Professor. A classic example of a man who leverages on his experiences and boldly embraces new opportunities to create exponential impact and value, Joe then made a quantum leap away from academia and into the world of Oil and Gas where he has again distinguished himself remarkably within the Falcon group.
An astute entrepreneur with over 35 years business experience, Joe is the Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Limited, a company he co-founded with his wife Audrey in 1994 and which they jointly manage to date. Together, Audrey and Joe have built Falcon Corporation Limited into a formidable institution; a leading, wholly indigenous, ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified midstream and downstream Natural Gas distribution, LPG trading and storage company; a strategic partner and player of repute within the gas industry in Nigeria and beyond.
A multiple Award winner, Joe is passionate about building indigenous entrepreneurial capacity across the continent. Joe and his wife Audrey were conferred with the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa Award 2014 and the Lagos Business School Distinguished Alumni Award 2018.
A consummate professional and Gas man to the core, He is the founding Chairman of the Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG), and a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Gas Association, the Institute of Directors, and Nigerian Institute of Management. Joe is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University – CEP 21.
A philanthropist at heart, Joe is committed to touching lives through his businesses and through the several annual scholarships and humanitarian interventions he runs through his foundation – The Joe Ezigbo Foundation.
Joe is very happily married to his wife Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, his business partner, best friend and chief encourager of 31 years and counting. An openly and unapologetically family-centered man, Prof is loving and doting father to his children and grandchildren. He is a treasured brother, uncle, friend, boss, and a mentor to many.
CO-FOUNDER AND DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Audrey is the Deputy Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Limited- a leading wholly indigenous midstream and downstream Energy, Gas Distribution & Trading company which she co-founded in 1994. An accomplished professional, Audrey holds several Masters’ degrees in Finance, Marketing and Business Administration from the Lagos Business School, University of Nigeria, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She also holds several executive certifications in Management, Leadership and Governance from Harvard Business School, IE Business School, IESE Business School and the WIMBOARD Institute.
Audrey is the immediate past President (2018-2021) of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) - the umbrella association and voice for businesses and professionals involved in the Nigerian Gas industry. She is the first woman to have occupied the position of NGA President in the Association’s 22-year history. She currently still sits on the NGA council as an ex-Officio member. Prior to her presidency, Audrey was on the NGA council for over thirteen years, serving in various capacities as an ex-Officio member, Second Vice-President, and First Vice President.
A seasoned energy expert, Audrey is a Fellow of the Energy Institute UK (FEI), the global body for energy experts. She is a founding member of Women in Energy Network (WiEN) where she also sits on the WiEN Gas Subcommittee. She is a member and global role model for Women in LPG (WiNLPG) Nigeria chapter; and a member of the Nigeria Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB) NCCF Diversity Sectoral Working Group.
Audrey sits on the Advisory Board of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Enterprise Development Center (EDC), also of the Pan Atlantic University (PAU). She sits on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ). She is the immediate past Chairperson, Wimbiz Capital Committee (WIMCAP) and immediate past Chairperson, Wimbiz Programs & Membership Committee. She is a Board Mentor with the WIMBOARD Institute, a WIMBIZ platform which equips women in senior and executive management positions with the skills required to effectively serve on corporate Boards. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).
Audrey is a Certified Transformative Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (Global and Nigeria chapters). She is the Founder and Promoter of The Barnabas Widows Empowerment Foundation and the Founder & Promoter of The Double Impact Platform, a business training and relationship building foundation for Entrepreneurial Couples in business together.
Audrey is a speaker on various international platforms, including TEDx. A transformational business leader, she has won several awards for her contributions to building entrepreneurial capacity in the industry and Nigeria at large, including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa 2014 Award and the Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) Distinguished Alumni Award 2018.
She is a prolific writer, blogger, and author with four published books. She was recognized as one of Leading Ladies Africa 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria 2019 and listed on the 2021 PowerWoman 100 list in the Oil & Gas category.
She is married to her Chief Encouragement Officer Joe and a mother to four amazing young adults.
CHAIRMAN
Mr. Ituah Olajide Ighodalo graduated from the University of Hull, England.He studied Economics and Accounting with specialization in Accounting.
He started his career by becoming the Assistant Accountant in Price Waterhouse between the year 1982 to 1984 where he played major roles such as providing accounting services, assisting in tax and legal matters and also providing consultancy services for various firms. He also co-founded MBS Limited, a trading and computer consulting firm in 1985 to 1986 then became the Managing Director/CEO of Videoserve Limited, a video firm library, film production, and repairs unit(1985-1986).
He qualified to be a Chartered Accountant in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1986.He advanced to acquiring a post graduate Diploma degree in Theology in the Redeemed Christian Church of God Bible College in 1995.He started his inter dominated church with a vision of changing lives and transforming nations (2010).
He co-founded the IGHADALO & CO, a professional accounting firm and is now a managing partner with the SIAO Partners (chartered Accountants) that provides Audit, tax, and advisory services.
DIRECTOR
Prince Olumide Obayomi is an Accountant by Profession and has served in various capacities and organizations as a tested chartered accountant. He started his Accounting career from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye in 1986 and rose to become Principal Accountant by 1990.
He became the Head of Budget and Administration Unit of the Bursary Department of the University and was charged with the responsibility of preparing and defending the University’s Budget before supervisory bodies as a direct report to the University Bursar. Between 1990 and 1993, he worked effectively as the Assistant Chief Accountant of Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited. He joined Supra Investment Limited, owners of Acclaim Home Savings & Loans Limited and Acclaim Finance Limited between 1993 and 1998 and left as the Chief Executive Officer of the two companies. Prince Obayomi joined Capital Alliance Nigeria Limited from 1998 till 2013. His job initially entailed financial control, reporting and administration, valuation of businesses and investment opportunities, structuring of deals, relationship building and maintenance, investment monitoring, strategy consulting and transaction execution and other related support services. His responsibilities prior to his leaving CAN included representing the Fund on the Board of portfolio companies, reviewing and evaluating investment opportunity among others.
Prince Olumide Obayomi is currently the Managing Director of Royal Funbay Limited, and serves on the Board of a number of companies. He holds a Master of Science (Finance) Degree from the University of Lagos (1989). He has a Diploma in Computer Data Processing from Ogun State University (1988). He was an Examination member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1987) and he holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) Degree from University of Lagos (1984). He is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).
DIRECTOR
Bennedikter attended University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1976. She holds a Masters Degree and banking and management certificates from Columbia University, New York; Manchester Business School; Citibank, New York; IMD, Lausanne; and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in various capacities with notable organizations, with a wealth of experience spanning law, compliance, risk management, strategic planning, financial services, administration and public affairs.
Ms Molokwu is on the boards of several notable organizations operating across various sectors of the economy, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Federal of Women Lawyers (FIDA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria. Bennedikter served meritoriously as President of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD) and actively promotes capacity building, the understanding and implementation of laws relating to directors, companies, good corporate governance and best practices under the aegis of the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance.
She is a much sought after speaker who has written, presented and published several papers on Legal, Boardroom, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, Leadership and Corporate Governance issues. She is a recipient of the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah Leadership Award, Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum’s Distinguished Trail Blazer Award and is listed in the International Who is Who of Professionals.
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Alade-Adeyefa started her career as an accountant with Peat, Marwick, Ani, Ogunde & Co. before joining the banking industry where she worked for 10 years in different capacities and then moved on to Texaco Overseas (Nigeria) Petroleum Unlimited as the Head of Treasury.
Prior to joining Union Bank, Mrs. Alade-Adeyefa worked with Chevron Nigeria Limited for 14 years during which she served as the MD/ CEO of the organisation’s Closed Pension Fund Administrator.
Obafunke Alade-Adeyefa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Obinnia joined Hygeia HMO Limited as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) In November 2016. He has about 20 years of experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining Hygeia HMO, Mr. Abajue was based in South Africa and was in charge of Business Transformation for Standard Bank’s Personal and Business Banking business in Africa.
Prior to this, Obinnia served as Executive Director and Head of Personal and Business Banking at Stanbic IBTC Bank. This business encompasses small, medium and commercial business banking, high net worth individuals and personal markets banking. Before then, from 2009 – 2011, he was Acting Chief Executive Officer of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited and Head of Wealth Management for Stanbic IBTC overseeing the pensions, asset management and trusteeship businesses.
Obinnia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the prestigious Imperial College London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), and of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (FCS).
